Back To School

Yes next week the kids will be back in school. So now I would get my last minute shopping in for school cloths and school supplies. I remember my Mom taking us to the what they called the dime store. We would pick out some cheap folders, 3 ring notebooks, pencils, pens, spiral notebooks and line paper to write on. I remember in one school we would buy some small note books, pencils and erasers.
The other items we would buy were various types of clothing. We bought simple fruit of the loom colored t-shirts and some kind of cheap jeans. We also bought some flannel shirts to wear when the weather got colder. When it was warmer we would buy some sneakers and then some boots for the cold weather. If our summer, fall and winter jackets were worn out we would buy those when we needed them. Then there were the essentials as far as clothing went like socks etc....
Here are a couple links where you can get your school supplies.

PC And Windows 10

Okay so what is happening with Computers and Windows 10. Well I am seeing more and more people that have installed or upgraded their older windows 7, 8 and 8.1 pc computers to windows 10. The problem is that not all computers work well with windows 10. I have seen some horror stories where they upgraded to windows 10 and they lost their data. The other problem is that the computer seems to be running slower. The other problem that is happening is that the computer is now crashing.
If you are going to try and upgrade you computer to windows 10 make sure that you have made a back up of your system. Use the backup program in the control panel in windows 7 to back up to an eternal hard drive before upgrading to windows 10. If you are using windows 8 or 8.1 make sure to use file history and make an image backup first, then try upgrading to windows 10. I would also make sure your computer is free of viruses, spyware, adware and malware before upgrading. This way you will save yourself a lot of headaches.
If you don't do the windows 10 upgrade you can always purchase a full package of windows 10. I say if you can do the free upgrade just do it. I downloaded the windows 10 media software and ran the upgrade. So far I am not having any problems. You do have a 30 day limit where you can roll back to your previous version of software. I have tried this on a pc that was not running properly and now I am having to wipe out the pc and install everything fresh.
